Shipping Policy

SHIPPING PROCEDURES

At makeittrend, we ensure nationwide delivery of our products through reliable shipping partners who typically attempt delivery two or three times. If they are unable to reach you, we recommend contacting them to reschedule the delivery.

Please note that we do not dispatch products on Sundays and holidays due to the unavailability of our logistics partner. In the event of a product or order being returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we regret that we cannot offer a refund for the purchase price, and we will not be held liable for the issue.

TRANSIT PERIOD

For domestic shipments, the courier service generally takes approximately three to eight (3-8) days to reach their intended destination.

SPLIT ORDERS

If you have ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate boxes on different days based on their availability and shipping locations. To enhance protection during transit, our products are often shipped separately, resulting in multiple deliveries to your provided address.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS REQUESTS

Once an order has been placed, modifications to the address cannot be made. However, if you need to make changes, please contact us by phone or email within 24 hours of submitting your transaction. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.

CANCELLATION

Orders can be cancelled if they are not yet prepared for shipment, but the request must be made within twenty-four (24) hours of placing the order. A complete reimbursement of your funds will be issued, accompanied by an email containing evidence of the refund. Please note that orders designated as "Ready to Ship" are non-cancel able as they are dispatched within twenty-four (24) hours of order placement.
