CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND RETURNS POLICY

Our utmost priority is your satisfaction with your clothing purchases. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your orders, we are eager to assist you and ensure your shopping experience is delightful.

For returns, please ensure the items are in saleable condition, complete with intact labels and in their original packaging. The items should be unwashed and returned in their entirety. Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the products.

RETURN CONDITIONS

  • Masks, undergarments, and accessories cannot be returned.
  • Within two days of receiving your order, you can request a return, ensuring items are in their original, unused condition and packaged as received.
  • Returns will not be accepted if the labeling or garment has been tampered with during your possession.
  • Damaged or defective products must be returned within (2) two days.
  • Original barcodes, IDs, labels, and packaging should be present and unaltered. Missing or modified items will be rejected during the Quality Check process.
  • You can return more than one product from the same order.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will send you an email confirming receipt and informing you of the approval or denial of your refund request.
  • Please allow a processing time of approximately five to seven (5-7) days for your refund.
